"Gatwick South terminal Hilton Hotel was excellent for our 1 night stop over before our morning flight to Antigua. We arrived by coach from Bristol but found the signage from the coach drop off point for finding the entrance to the hotel lacking and when we eventually found our way both passenger lifts were out of order. "First of all the negative things we renting a room that was small the bed was in one corner and we had to climb all over each other to get out of bed the main problem with this room is outside the window is a plant room for the aircon units in the rooms and it kept us up all night, In the morning I asked if we could move to a better room even know I had to pay another £30. The positives the rooms were very clean and tidy the swimming pool and steam room's was excellent and all staff was very helpful and polite. "
