The hotel passes if you need to stay in this area but would not necessarily recommend. They don't use hand towels nor wash cloths and only use full size towels. I had to ask for a floor towel and would not replace when cleaning the room. Trash was still on flow and carpet seemed dirty.

The photos are completely misleading and at least not of this location recently. It’s an old smelly hotel in dire need of serious maintenance or remodeling. Mold in shower, disgusting carpets and old faulty elavator. Please avoid any chance you may have of staying here. Also it’s located in a very dangerous and inconvenient location for traveling in Monterrey

We chose this hotel only because we had an event close by and it seemed like a decent place from pictures posted on Expedia. However, the front staff were unwelcoming, hotel is old, unclean, and smells like dirty old socks every where you walk in the hallways and in rooms. Thankfully it was only one night. Sheets, pillow cases, and curtains look stained and poorly washed (or many times rewashed and haven’t been changed in years). Don’t stay if you can avoid.

El hotel tiene varios detalles en el mantenimiento del edificio y las instalaciones. Habitación: Gotera en la regadera, no toallas para secado de manos, no toalla para pies al salir de la regadera. La cera que aplican al trapear provoca suciedad y resbalones. El gimnasio no tiene toallas para desinfectar los equipos, tampoco toallas para el sudor, no hay dispensadores de agua. Aunque sea el edificio de varios años, con un buen mantenimiento, la experiencia es diferente.
