Cockroaches everywhere
Good: The location of the hotel is fine, there is a bus stop to downtown 5mins walk away if you don't want to drive. 24th he gas station next door. Bad: Cockroaches in the room, we killed at least 6. The overall cleanness of the room is very poor. Would expect better from a hojo. The nonsmoking rooms must have only resently been designed as smoke free as there were burn marks in the top sheet & the room smelt of stale smoke.

You get what you pay for.
On arriving the woman on the front desk was pleasant. So I have no complaints there. The location of the hotel, well, if you want to get on to the freeway, then it's ideal, and it's situated not far from downtown. A few complaints I have. 1) Getting asked if we were selling drugs from someone outside in the parking lot, 2) Lack of hot water from the shower, We advised the front desk of this and they advised us they would look at this whilst we were out,. When we came back and tested it the water was lukewarm, and didn't last long before turning cold. 3) Cockroaches. We we visited by one on our last day, and although he didn't really create much noise and mess we felt that as he hadn't contributed to the payment of the room he wasn't very welcome. We told front desk who asked us if it was "a big one or a small one" - surely that shouldn't really matter? However, once the cockroach at met the underside of a shoe, the man on the front desk decided to come and take it away. Besides the lack of hot water from the shower, and our little visitor the room was clean, if not a little dark.

Horrible hotel
When we arrived at the hotel at 3pm, we were expecting to have the room ready, since check in time is 3pm. The room was not ready until 4pm, so we had to wait for an hour. The condition of the hotel room was horrible. It had a very bad smell. The sheets were not clean, the bathroom was disgusting. In the parking lot of the hotel there were drug dealers, homeless people talking to themselves, etc.
