Great welcome on arrival. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Traveling with a wheelchair and a dog isn't always the easiest of journeys, but we all felt very welcome, including Peat the dog. Accessible room and bathroom were both excellent. Always enjoy our stays here to visit the grandkids.

The only thing that let it down was the food. Dinner was only worthy of a 2* hotel and not a 4* Marriott. The steak pie was floating in a watery gravy. The burger had a single slice of tomato, a single leaf of baby gem lettuce, a patty and a teaspoon of mayo on a very dry bun. A joke for the price. The rest of the hotel is great

After flight was delayed on boxing day to the next day and no accommodation was offered by the airline the hotel was a welcome haven with two children under 4! Staff were friendly, room was spaceous clean and everything we needed. Breakfast was a scrummy and the late check out was welcomed!
