Confrontational staff at front desk, simultaneously denied ANY wrong doing when a mistake they made with my reservation was brought to their attention. Requested connecting rooms due to meeting up with daughter and grandson. My mother and I coming in from Florida. When reservations made we were told we could have connecting rooms then when we get there we are told manager took hold off. What if it was children having to be in the connecting room. Would you put them a few doors down? Other than that everything else was good abd rest of staff was friendly and very helpful.
