Hotel food quality was good but the service slow and disjointed. Tables not set up, either a fork or knife or spoon missing, coffee would arrive but no mugs. Generally poor service in the restaurant but friendly.

A top class hotel (but too cheap to provide tea)
Our room was really lovely, with a great balcony looking over the polls to the sea. The bed was really comfy, though as is often the case overloaded with pillows/cushions, and the shower was excellent. There was a well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave and 2 hobs, plus plenty of crockery etc. There was a kettle and a filter coffee machine, but no tea bags or coffee. When we enquired about this we were told the Bouganvillea is a "self-catering hotel", which is a pretty pathetic excuse when you're charging £400 a night

The property itself was nice. That said, it was overpriced and very limited food options. Service was spotty. Some of the people were nice while others seemed like they had no interest in helping you with anything. Overall I would not go here again. There are so many great places to stay with better pricing, amenities and service.

Nice little hotel
It was a very nice hotel, the door to our room stuck and our shower head was terrible. My wife lost her Oakley sunglasses in the water, the watersport employee found them and tossed them to us instead of handing them over. They missed and landed in the water again. My wife was upset that he didn’t just walk over 8 feet and hand them to us?
