Get stay , great room, great view “Overall, a great stay! The room was very clean, though I do wish the windows had been a bit clearer. The seating was comfortable for two days, and the pop-up TV at the end of the bed was a fantastic touch—we loved it! A few more hooks for towels and a designated spot for suitcases would have made the space even better, but those are small details. Hope to stay in this room again!”

Bad check in
I spent the first hour at the front desk trying to check in because the Paris hotel could not find my name in the system. This delay caused the rest of my day to be late. The Paris had myself as well as their manager trying to contact hotels.com to fix the issue. Huge heed ache

Long lines for check in and checking out
The chicken and checkout process was not acceptable at a facility like this. Even the auto check in machines go to complicated. The rooms were good, but my room has a faulty, TV remote and a complicated mechanism to turn on and off the shower which require assistance after check-in. The staff were friendly and it didn’t take too long for her to arrive after I had complaint. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable.

Birthday weekend
The initial room I got was old, outdated, and for handicapped people. When I asked to move, they were accommodating and I got a better room with a view of the strip. (thank you Roxanne!) this room, tho, was up on the 70th floor, and we could hear the noise from the strip as if it were right outside our room. A mariachi band playing ALL night until 4 am kept us up and the cold wind blew in the window. This went on for the entire stay. The whole downstairs was filled with cigarette smoke. It was quite a lengthy walk from the lobby to the elevators for the rooms, which was actually a maze. About a 10 minute walk each way. The elevators do not come quickly. Average wait time for an elevator is 7-10 minutes. Carpets and decor were not real clean, old, stained, and worn out. Paint on the walls and doors to rooms was also scuffed and chipping. For what I paid for this stay, I expected a lot more, and was pretty disappointed. I don't recommend this place unless you are good with paying high prices for tons of smokey areas and not a lot of quiet. We ate at Gordon Ramseys, I give that a 10!! Pricey, but I thought it was worth it. We also ate at Cafe Americano and I got food poisoning from the Poke Bowl. I was sick for 4 days vomiting this crap (yes it was the poke bowl as that is what was coming out) HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
