We had an overnight in NY coming from a European trip. The hotel was clean and close to the airport. They provide a free shuttle to/from the airport. There is a restaurant onsite. The food was a bit overpriced, but maybe comparable to the restaurants in the area. Would stay here again if I had another long layover.

The hotel’s shuttle bus took about half hour to get to terminal 8.
Friendly staff.
Overall experience let down by slow check-in. Something I imagine is fixable.
