Great hotel in an excellent location
We booked this hotel as it is in a central location to easily access Eryri National Park. The hotel was modern, clean with a great restaurant. The restaurant has a lot of choice for different tastes. There is no need to eat dinner elsewhere. The staff are all very friendly and polite. We booked a deluxe room, which was comfortable. However, the King bed was too firm. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. We would definitely return back to this hotel.

The room was super nice, bed bit firm for our comfort but was a lovely room. Only thing was not enough tea & coffee supplies and when we asked for more from the front desk the guy looked so shocked I had asked. Lovely hotel, very good food in the restaurant. The rooms are described as soundproof - this is definitely not the case where there is a connecting door, which really lets the hotel down. Combined with open plan bathrooms, noise really travels. Otherwise very comfortable.
