6/10 Good

Not really impressed with the self check in, or the lack of parking. Taken up by, I presume, visitors to the gym. Our room was nice and spacious. We had dinner at the restaurant. Again, had to order via an app. Only 1 choice for a vegan meal. We were waiting over 20 minutes for our drinks. One member of staff was working behind the bar, whilst another was just chatting. The burgers we had were quite spicy, not something that was mentioned on the menu. Also, only found out that we had to pay to use the pool the day before we arrived. This was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel.

2/10 Poor

Complete chaos. Loads of yummy mummies meeti if for coffee and meat heads at the gym. Not the place to go if you just want to relax. I ended up getting room Service. Food is good though.

6/10 Good

Very good facilities, leisure, food and bar. Easy check-in and friendly staff. I would be happy to stay again if it wasn't for the horrendously noisy bedroom doors. Such a shame but worst I've ever come across and just spoils the stay when you keep getting woken up.

Staff were great. Room was lovely. Wasn’t the cleanest room I’ve stayed in but was ok.

Was a good stay, the room i was in was too hot couldnt open the window because the airconditioning units for the rest of the hotel where there, the room is getting tired and could do with a makeover, used the pool area generally good but the changing areas was well used

Lovely hotel, only downside was no air con, but luckily we were given a fan in our room, which helped as weather was hot!

10/10 Exceptional

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly in helping us to check in on the touch screen system. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean, with a coffee machine and kettle. We did not use any of the other facilities or have food.

8/10 Very good

Staff were very good , breakfast was very good , only concerns were , coffee machine in room did not work but we also had a kettle so not totally unhappy , our room key failed to work on one occasion which was a bit of an inconvenience , both larger options at the function room bar needed to be pulled through prior to the start of the event not after I received two poor pints , other than that the event was great the function room and buffet were very good and I slept fine .

8/10 Very good

The rooms are nice and modern no but NO AIR CON, and the widows don't open very far because they have a wire and lock on them to prevent opening to far. The gym is great but again NO AIR CON. The pool area is also great. The bar is good, the staff are really friendly and nice the food and drink is good. Overall a great hotel, but in a heatwave or summer with NO AIR CON is not good for a good night sleep for the price you pay.
