We have stayed in Holiday Inn Express hotels before and always found them good. However that was not the case on this occasion. The location is lovely and the staff are super friendly and helpful. However we ordered lasagne for dinner and when it arrived, it was still cold in the centre so we sent it back. A fresh one arrived and it too was cold in the centre and the chips which accompanied the first serving were brought back again and they too were cold
