I had a really nice room, which came with a number of lovely touches, including fresh milk, Elemis products, fresh loose tea and ground coffee as well as complimentary sherry.
As a solo traveller you can often be given cramped, soulless rooms, but this was not the case at this hotel and I would certainly stay here again.
It was also good value for money.

28 Jun 2026Great location, easy secure indoor parking, Lucy on the front desk was terrific. Granted there was a heatwave going on but the front facing room we had was baking hot on arrival. Drawing the curtains would have helped a little and although one fan was on, another would have been even better. Some iced water on arrival would have been a nice touch. Small details but its attention to detail that really counts in hospitality.
