Was ok until we asked for late check out they gave us till 1pm at 1250 they where calling us on the phone when we left money was coming out of our account we asked what was happening they accused us of smoking we don’t smoke the proff they had was an empty glass cake small bowl with black crumbs. Lots of problems with my stay. First the room was cold and altering the air conditioning didn't make a difference. Second there was a problem with hot water in the bathroom. Restaurant closed early on the night I arrive and so I had to eat in the bar. The remains of some pretzels were on the stairs well the entire time I was there, and not cleaned up. Breakfast was very good though with very attentive staff.
