Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa
Best In Bristol
Great top end hotel. Super subterranean spa/pool; small but perfectly formed

Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa
Comfortable base with niggling faults
Could be a lovely hotel but there were a few fairly basic problems. The WiFi was flaky and the hot water could be tepid. My view was of a brick wall which I would have liked to have been warned about before being allocated my room. The “designer” had failed to use a measuring tape and on the steep flight of stairs to my room there was no hand rail. Very expensive for what it was.

5 star - absolutely wonderful.
Having stayed in many hotels for work I can say without hesitation that this is truly the best one to date. Service and staff were impeccable from the moment I entered - the hotel itself was well fronted and the room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had shower and bath which was perfect for someone wanting to relax in the evening but have a quick shower before heading out. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The Spa was spot on. Jacuzzi tub, steam room and sauna along with a small but beautiful pool. I spent 2 hours happily relaxing with a book in their relaxation rooms without a care in the world. Even down to small touches like chocolates at reception - which was great after 2 hours on trains! I will definitely be returning.

Great rooms but poor spa.
Rooms are nice but the spa is really disappointing, it is overcrowded and cramped. This is not helped by some of the day guests being excessively noisy with no spa etiquette.

Very Good8.0
Lovely hotel with friendly staff near the Hippodrome. Bit noisy on a Saturday night outside but quiet enough inside hotel (we were on the third floor).
