We have stayed here 3 times now the location is excellent, we tried breakfast for the first time and it was well stocked. The hotel is clean and the staff were helpful. The only issue we had was that for two of the nights the restaurant was unavailable, every table was reserved, however there was no one using it when we later checked. Still we would stay here again.

Perfectly located to the Docks and 5 minutes to bus station (LIVERPOOL ONE Stores) this hotel offers reasonably priced rooms, great staff and everything you need. The 500 bus service runs every 30 mins to the airport and costs £2. I have used this hotel several times.

This hotel is not quite as nice as it appeared on line, but it has a lot of good things about it that make it a good place to stay near downtown Liverpool. The rooms here are fine but pretty basic, more like a Motel 6 than a more upscale hotel. What makes it better than your normal budget hotel is the restaurant and bar and the very nice staff of mostly younger folks. Best of all is the location, right next to the Liverpool Wharf entertainment district, and a reasonably short walk to the two Liverpool train stations. My wife and I found Liverpool to be a lot of fun to explore, with Beatles, great restaurants, museums and shopping in abundance.

Cheap and cheerful, fab location which is what I wanted. Clean, tidy, warm and powerful shower although it was a wet room style plastic bathroom. Not what I was expecting but clean and practical. Whilst not rude, the staff this morning didn’t make eye contact and there was no real cleaning up of the tables until guests wanted to sit down x
