Hotel in great location for the M&S Bank Arena. Room was warm and bed comfortable. Bathroom was in a kind of pod, which was a little strange. Lucky to get a parking spot at 5pm when we arrived. Breakfast was adequate. A selection of hot foods and the usual continental stuff. We'd stay again for a cheaper option in Liverpool.

We have stayed here 3 times now the location is excellent, we tried breakfast for the first time and it was well stocked. The hotel is clean and the staff were helpful. The only issue we had was that for two of the nights the restaurant was unavailable, every table was reserved, however there was no one using it when we later checked. Still we would stay here again.

Perfectly located to the Docks and 5 minutes to bus station (LIVERPOOL ONE Stores) this hotel offers reasonably priced rooms, great staff and everything you need. The 500 bus service runs every 30 mins to the airport and costs £2. I have used this hotel several times.
