The staff at Kings Hotel definitely helped make our stay so good. Very friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and very clean. Although it was a bit tired, it was in keeping with the hotel & could do with a little update. We were within an easy walk to the centre of Brighton and would highly recommend.

Brilliant view from sea view room. Very sunny while we were there so I would suggest drawing the curtains when you go out in the day to stop the room from heating up too much. There was an electric fan but the room was very hot when we checked in. Breakfast was very good

Lovely old hotel by the sea. They're working hard to update it but it still does feel like an old hotel by the sea. The breakfast room is a high point, with great workers like Luann, who stayed on top of everything with a smile on his face. Bed a little frumpy, room a little dark, windows didn't quite open or quite shut. Par for the course with a hotel in this category. I tend to look on the bright side and saw the old world charm in the property.
