Louis was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean with air conditioning which was a huge bonus in the heatwave! Room was basic but meet our need - an overnight stay. Some amenities could be update though such as the shower head which partially broken but usable. Overall I would recommend for short stay. However, I may not recommend if travelling with younger kids since there is almost no space to move around.

I have only marked this down slightly on amenities because there really aren't any. It is a super basic, extremely clean and comfortable no frills hotel. Location is excellent - be sure that you understand that there is no parking, but it is a short walk from the city centre and station, and there is an NCP nearby. I was able to borrow a hairdryer for the duration of my stay. Staff were delightful, access and check-in/out easy
