Very Big hotel and it take ages to go from one facilitet to an other. Breakfast buffet is to mainstream and with lack of local products. The pools are nice. For a holidays just to rest it is fine. Although it is written not to book sunbeds everybody does it. Quite annoing and puls the experience Down to a not exclusive experience

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and addressed any concerns promptly. The grounds, foliage and pools are the most beautiful and are maintained in top shape. The buffet for breakfast and dinner are fresh, appealing and varied with a huge selection ! There are plenty of pool lounge chairs even late in the day. I recommend this hotel with highest marks and will return again soon to have another great experience !

This was our 5. stay at this hotel, it is our favorite on Gran Canaria. The only negative are about the food and sunbeds: there were less meat choices for the dinner comparing to our previous stays, and the meat was not cooked enough, including the fish. It was not the standard this hotel had in the past. It was also a stress about getting the sunbeds: most of the guests are used to occupie them and then go to eat breakfast. This is not alowed, and it was a risk to get your towels removed. At the other hand, after the breakfast all the sunbeds are used to be taken, and then it is again a risk to be without a sunbed, or to get them on the spots you dont want to be. All in all, the garden is the most besutiful, so we hope that the hotel management will do some improvements in the future.

Another amazing stay. Never been let down by this hotel, immaculately kept. Great for a relaxing break. Got upgraded at check it and loved our room with living room and sea view. Hotel was very busy but was still enough seating indoors and outdoors. Only criticism to note on this occasion was changes to breakfast. Felt there was less options than previous stays and a lot of staff training. Coffee in coffee pots were cold. A lot of staff in training and some not well guided. Will definitely return and highly recommend for great holiday
