Staff here are very kind and helpful. The room although small was everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it was also nice and quiet. It was very close to great restaurants and bars and within easy walking distance to all Edinburgh hot spots. Perfect location if you’re staying in Edinburgh.

In the heart of Grassmarket. Perfect location for restaurants, bars shops and historical sites. Room were larger than we expected. Kettle to make tea/coffee which was a bonus. Lovely hotel, great location. Singers, street entertainers outside. Taxis waiting outside. View of castle. Cafes next door for smaller breakfast if you prefer. If you’re less mobile it’s at the bottom of the steep bits of Edinburgh.
