Staff here are very kind and helpful. The room although small was everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it was also nice and quiet. It was very close to great restaurants and bars and within easy walking distance to all Edinburgh hot spots. Perfect location if you’re staying in Edinburgh.

In the heart of Grassmarket. Perfect location for restaurants, bars shops and historical sites. Room were larger than we expected. Kettle to make tea/coffee which was a bonus. The hotel was nice. The location was great especially if you're there for Fringe. It's very centrally located. There are only like 6-7 parking spots available which was a bit difficult. They did tell me when I checked in that their guests can park at the other Apex hotel that is a minute walk away, but I didn't know that beforehand.
