You need more help
We were in Edinburgh during a huge festival so the city was very crowded and I think the hotel was full. We paid a high premium fir our tiny little room. We stayed 11 days and service got worse and worse. I thought they were sadly understaffed. Most requests were handled at the bar/ reception and the wait for attention was always long.

Poor parking but friendly staff
The roof top bar was not open, which was disappointing. The beds were separate twins and a little stiff. My wife did not feel they comfortable. The parking is really what killed it for me. The recommended parking was no less than a 10 minute walk. However the room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. There was a free drink at check in. Overall we were satisfied with the accommodations.
