The hotel was ok, I found some staff to be unhelpful, some were really nice but some seemed completely disinterested in their job despite being in customer facing roles.
The room itself was ok, the carpets really need replacing, the bed is comfy but its noisy and you can hear a pin drop.
I was woken at 4am with water coming in from the ceiling so that wasn't ideal and I had a broken toilet flush that also kept me awake.

The hotel was in a convenient location for an overnight stay to see the Boston Pops and within walking distance of the restaurant. It was clean and check in/out was easy. We had a cocktail in the lounge before we went out and i enjoyed a Mediterranean Mule which was delicious.
