The best part was the check in. I wish I got her name but the wonderful lady who checked me in was warm, accommodating, and fast. The hotel itself has more cons than pros, but knowing they have such a great staff combined with their prices being some of the best in the area means I will come back when my needs require an inexpensive place near BNA. Great hotel
Overall, this was a great hotel for the price. The main complaint we had was that the refrigerator in the room did not work well. We were only there for the weekend, so it wasn't a big deal. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. However, the first night, the hot tub wasn't working. We woud definitely stay here again though.

I was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful and it was under renovation time and we were complaining about it, but when you were in your ruse looking at the solar system never heard her.

Everyone who works here are so amazing. They go above and beyond to help in any way they can. They also ask you if you need anything anytime you see someone who works here. It's super close to Shoney's, The Waffle House, KFC, Wendy's, McDonald's and a couple of gas stations. It's a very convienant location and the rooms are very comfortable and very clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. Found out housekeeping didn’t come during stay. Not a big deal but just FYI.
Also no coffee pot in room but can have one if you ask for it.
Staff was great and fulfilled any request I had.

The beds were clean other than that it was terrible there was a chair in the shower when I moved it I almost fell through the floor it was rotten out not clean at all people above us were partying all night I would never stay there again

Know before you go (2): It's listed as having a crib option upon request...I was told when I called they didn't have cribs. Also, they expect a cash deposit instead of a card hold (although they honoured my card anyway but warned me the refund would be slow).
Those two factors aside, this was/is a great value for a hotel near the airport. Rooms are small but very clean, the staff kept everything tip-top clean and the pool is kid-friendly. Staff is courteous. Make sure you don't push the breakfast by even a minute, though! They're cleaning it up right away to keep things in shape.
