We had not realised this resort was 2 hotels combined, so checked in where we had booked, the Miramar, to be taken along long corridors and up 2 lifts, to our room which ended up in the Village resort. We then had several very uncertain hours as we were given no information about things like the room safe, wi fi and hotel amenities, and getting around the resort was confusing.
Once settled, we were very comfortable, our room ( studio superior), a good size, though unfortunately our balcony faced north so we never sat out as we got no sun, it had a wonderful view over the city and mountain, but the grey cloud glowering over the mountain nearly the whole time, did not encourage cheerfulness!
