Pros: Bed was nice and it was quiet. Air conditioned. Close to many walkable restaurants and bars. Safe area. Cons: Wifi didn’t work on the floor we were on. TV couldn’t change channels. Staff wasn’t overly welcoming and one member had a bad attitude. Our key cards to our room stopped working twice. Elevators are a bit sketchy. Old building. Not recommended for those with dust allergies.

Really overpriced for the average quality of the hotel... I had amazing Pousadas during two weeks in Brazil for 1/6th of the price. And this last day in Sao Paulo, I paid 6 times more for this hotel for way lower quality. The room wasn't ready when they gave it to me and they had to do some extra repair. Parking was tiny, and overpriced (there is a cheaper parking just next door with less constraints), breakfast, was basic, so not worth the high price of the hotel, and generally the hotel feels like it didn't get renovated for ages...

The hotel seems to not have had an update since the 80s. All still works, though. Check-in took me >50 min, and getting an invouce with the company name took 3 attempts asking and asking again. Haven't had such a pain in 15 years frequent travelling on check-in - which in other hotels is automated these days..

O quarto tinha uma porta que ligava com outro quarto e não tinha qualquer isolamento. Assim, qualquer som do lado era ouvido. Ainda que o hóspede falasse baixo e com baixo volume da TV, era impossível dormir com o barulho ao lado. Esses quartos compartilhados não deveriam ser comercializados
 E isso sequer foi informado na compra.
