Fantastic Location. Great service.
Fantastic location. Great service. The only complaint was that we requested for a king bed but was given a twin room. When we raised it, they could switch us to another room as it was full.

Good 6.0
Avoid this hotel is not worth the money.
We paid for city views and we got views of a building a few meters away. Staff is very friendly. But it doesn’t take away that hotel has seen better days and is not worth $560 for 2 nights!!! Mini bar is non existent, need to go to reception and pick what you need. So much for luxury hotel. Also main square in front is going through big renovation so is a construction site! Novotel is better and location is much nicer.

Poor 2.0
Will not be staying again
I stayed at the Marriott Brussels Grand Place during the Easter break. Prior to arrival I had requested a double bed and single bed for the room. We entered the room to find 2 single beds for 2 adults and a child! I was too tired to complain so we just decided to manage it for 1 night. The night was absolutely awful, not just for the lack of space but for the noise coming from the nightclub nearby. The music was pumping from 11pm until about 5am. The following morning we requested a room change. They questioned our complaint about the noise from the nightclub, as if we were making it up and had no explanation as to why I didn't get the beds as requested. This was a senior executive room, by the way. Later in the afternoon they changed us to a different room which was the exact same set up - 2 single beds! I called immediately and requested an additional bed. After three hours they turn up with what looks like a morgue bed and it was the most uncomfortable night's sleep I have had. We still heard the music from the nightclub although this time not as loud as the room was facing the inner courtyard. The following day, housekeeping couldn't even be asked to clean our room properly, it was dusty, the sheets had not been changed nor pulled up properly. It was worst than my husband's attempts and they are pretty awful. Had no varieties of teas - had to keep requesting. One night I requested earplugs and apparently they couldn't provide because housekeeping had left!
