Honestly for the money (£55) it doesn't get any better, room was modern, clean, bed was huge and very comfortable, staff were pleasant. I paid £15 for the late check out, rolled downstairs had the breakfast buffet which was absolutely fine for the money, went back up had a nap till 12 then left. Stunning value for money

Staff were rude at the bar, whole time was serving he was on his mobile on a video call and didn’t tell us the price before we put our card on the reader to pay. We asked for an extra pillow in which we’re told no sorry as none left which I find hard to believe in a big hotel. Finally second guessing if our room had been cleaned before check in as there were dog biscuits by the mirror in our room so clearly had not been hoovered before our stay

Room was cold and run down, beds for kids are not great, provided kettle, sugar, milk cups but no tea or coffee to go with it. Biggest issue for us was breakfast, no acknowledgement that we had breakfast included at check in so no idea of timings. Breakfast itself was poor quality, and worse cold, the heat lamps clearly don’t work, tables not cleared the gentleman looking after the dining area had a Bluetooth headset and was clearly on the phone chatting away to someone instead of doing his job. Apparently you don’t provide teaspoons (ridiculous), also paper coffe cups, why not proper glassware.

The room was in poor condition with air conditioning not working. Decoratively very poor with furniture wood laminate missing in numerous places. Carpet was very unclean, mattress poor quality and the small fridge in the room was disgusting filthy. Also sockets were pulling from walls revealing wires. Very poor maintenance of this hotel.
