## Neighborhood
The house is in Courtlands Estate which has won several Dublin Neighbourhood awards in recent years. It is a very quiet and safe area, but with great access to public transport to the city centre or the airport. There are also several places within walking distance that are worth visiting, such as the Botanic Gardens and Glasnevin Cemetery.
Drumcondra is a residential area and inner suburb on the Northside of Dublin. The River Tolka and the Royal Canal flow through the area. One of Drumcondras main sights is Croke Park, where Ireland's national games of Gaelic football and hurling can be seen. This is therefore an ideal spot if you're heading to Dublin for a show or sport!
Please take a look at the guidebook on my listing for recommended places to eat and drink in the area!
## Transit
There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the house. To get to the city centre, there is a bus stop about 600 m from the house. Buses generally leave every 20 minutes.
The easiest way to get to the property from the airport is by taxi. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes and depending on traffic the journey costs between €20 - €30.
Exploring Dublin couldn't be easier with Drumcondra station just a short walk away and easy access to several bus routes on Griffith Avenue. Pick up a Leap card from a local newsagent and you will be able to use all public transport across the city while you are here.
Another great way to get around the city is cycling, a 3-day pass costing only €5, with bike stations throughout the city.
