The hotel at check-in was very welcoming the male receptionist was lovely and very friendly and really helpful..we returned to the hotel after the Lytham festival it seemed like a different hotel the receptionist/ barman was as miserable as sin we only wanted an Irish coffee to warm us up he said no it was after 11. The breakfast was beautiful and lots of choice. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Our room, 304, was perfectly fine and to the level we were expecting. We were close to the lifts but this didn’t disturb us. If you want to be close to the Pleasure Beach this hotel is ideal. Our booking excluded breakfast and we ate out so I can’t comment on that. My only slight criticism is that the welcome at the front desk could be better. The lady who ‘greeted’ us was rather abrupt and could have been friendlier.
