I would not return here.
Comfortable and clean room, and a walking distance from the air train. Some serious problems: - the room was not well heated at night - when I came back one afternoon, I discovered my room door was open. The room had been cleaned, so it seems room service neglected to close the door. Fortunately, no items were stolen. - On my last night, my neighbor was blasting music and because the walls are thin, I could hear everything. Between 11 pm and 1 am, I repeatedly asked my neighbor to turn down the volume. I tried contacting the 24/7 hotel desk: no answer to phone calls or text messages, and still no acknowledgment of the incident.

Travelled to Vancouver for the Pink concert. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided us with a map that identified businesses in the area where we could eat or shop. A very short walk to get to the train which we used to get around during the weekend. The room was clean and had a good air conditioner. I would highly recommend this property.
