Decent stay.
It wasn't too bad. Originally had a room on the 8th which had too much wind noise on it. However, they immediately moved us to a room on the 5th which was much better. Service seemed decent. Room was clean. However, none of the devices through the tv worked (Hdmi hook up/ mirroring for phone or blue tooth). It is an older building originally so for the cost it's a bad go.

Nice stay, but far from the city
An overall nice stay in Toronto. The hotel was very nicely updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the restaurant in the lobby wasn't anything to write home about, and it was awfully far from downtown. We spent over $40 CAD one way into the city every day. Would stay much closer next time.

Had a restaurant (Fionn Maccools) directly in the hotel which made everything a bit easier. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the tv was set up so that you could cast your shows/videos from your phone, onto the tv which was awesome. Will definitely stay here again!

There was not enough towels for me and 3 children.
There is not enouth of the soap. Drain opening needs to be done in each unit. I wasnt able to use a sink in a washroom because it was stuck with previous customets hair pieces and other dirt.

If you are staying at this propery you require a vehicle. Otherwise lots of money for uber. It is in a high way (the 401) and is close to the airport.. but far enough you need a ride. There is a Walmart on the other side of the high way with some fast food options. No fine dining beside the restaurant in the hotel. Rooms and service are great!! hotel room is spacious. The higher end room has a little kitchenette with plates, cutlery and a litte burner with pots.

Very nice room. Updated, comfortable and well appointed. The only negative was the window shade was not a blackout blind. Other than that, would recommend the hotel and would stay again!

Excellent customer service
Great customer service. I'm sorry I didn't get their names but we checked in around 1pm on Nov 25th. When we got to our room they called almost immediately to make sure the room was ok and upon checkout they also asked how our night was. I will definitely stay here again.

Très bel hôtel, la chambre était très confortable. Assez loin de l'aéroport pour ne pas se faire réveiller par les avions. Le lit était très conformable et la salle de bain extrêmement propre. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

It was quiet, sooo comfortable, staff excellent and very accommodating. And i love the free shuttle to and from airport. Definitely recommend this hotel. My soon to be son in law recommended it to me. He stays quite often for work and pleasure.
