Clean room, comfortable bed. Free coffe at reception was great, reception staff were helpful. Good location with Metro 5 mins walk, restaurants are 5 to 15 minutes away. Hotel lift is fast.
Con: pillows are not comfortable.
Apart from that, all good.

First time visiting Japan and the b Akasaka did not disappoint. Got slippers and a robe with free breakfast vouchers. Staff was very nice and we enjoyed the convenience of having train stations within walking distance.
