we enjoyed our stay here. Compact but functional room: as everywhere in Japan there were toiletries, mugs and kettle, kimonos and towels. Some of the furniture was a little old but it didn’t create any issue. The hotel was quiet at night despite being very close to Roppongi, a neighbourhood known for its nightlife. Breakfast was nothing special but decent: unless you’re into Japanese breakfast (for which more options were provided), they had coffee, yoghurt, white bread and jam/butter, as well as bacon, eggs and chips. Several activities, shops and bars are within walking distance, which is nice if you want to have a lazy day.

A good hotel in a slightly awkward location. It's close to the metro, but that involves a walk down either steps or a steep incline.

Great hotel for family
Great hotel, friendly staff! Top likes: laundry and dryer at the hotel itself (important for those travelling with kids), complimentary fresh coffee at lobby, very clean room. 2 things that weren't ideal (not bad comments just things that didnt suit us): its a 10mins walk uphill from the nearest train station (Akasaka station). We found a shortcut through the TBS building (there is a lift that public can use) but still a 5 min uphill walk from there. Also, strict rules on check in and check out times, which i think is common in Tokyo (you can check in early with a fee). Overall , love the place , definitely will stay here again. Beds were comfy for all 4 of us (2 adults , 9 yr old, 5 yr old).

No problem to communicate!!!
Experience and wonderful staffs during our stay. Especially one young man Okato (maybe I spell it wrong). Very happy with this wonderful hotel!!!

Good 6.0
Room felt a bit outdated and beds were uncomfortable. No lock on the bathroom door and door wouldn’t completely shut. But housekeeping was done everyday and coin laundry and vending machines on first floor which was helpful. Staff were very helpful and easy to deal with.

Small rooms, uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Clean room, location was good but required a walk up a very steep hill to get to it. Bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk away.

Friendly and efficient staff made the check in and check out process effortless. Basic room with a great shower and I really enjoyed the complimentary herb teas.A variety of restaurants can be found a short walk down the hill.

Clean, comfortable, great service - hike uphill
Great hotel, new, clean and comfortable, luxurious shower (no bath), fantastic and friendly service. Only caveats are location - up the hill - hard core hike with suitcases - and a terrible breakfast.
