Hacienda was great. The whole island was without power when we arrived, so we were in good hands in survival-mode with Ricardo and Glory. But the island in darkness, and the view from the Hacienda was fantastic for festivities and the joy of Nature!

The family living there is super friendly and very nice but it sucks that we were charged $200 for 2-3 5-minutes rides, wasn’t told beforehand that it would be extra, only airport pick up and drop off to Condado Beach was agreed. Ricardo and his family were very welcoming. They made sure to text me and communicate with me on the instructions and expectations upon arrival. The grounds are just wonderful and the view of San Juan at night is impeccable. We are from Florida and this was our first time in Puerto Rico, and the family completely met our visions of how this vacation would go. They were so helpful with cultural tips and the surrounding area as far as amenities. The pool and breakfast are a mega plus. Thank you guys! :)
