Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and extremely convenient location. Reduced parking at the King's multistorey carpark, short walk away. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and tasty. Room (613) was comfortable and clean except for bad carpet stains under the kettle area and round the bin. But we would stay again and enjoyed our overnight stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was looking very tired and had dirt marks on wall and black marks on duvet cover. Bathroom had various chips and scrapes on mirror and door. I would say it was in line with what I’d expect from a 2 star hotel like a travelodge or a small b&b rather than a 4 star hotel. Staff were helpful and attentive and the hotel is in a good location. More information as to the discount parking should be provided as I couldn’t find this until I got to the hotel and saw a sign
