Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and extremely convenient location. Reduced parking at the King's multistorey carpark, short walk away. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and tasty. Room (613) was comfortable and clean except for bad carpet stains under the kettle area and round the bin. But we would stay again and enjoyed our overnight stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We love staying here as the beds are really comfy, the staff are really nice and helpful. Normally I’d give the cleanliness a 5* but I went into the shower and found the head COVERED in mould, that had clearly built up for a while, it was late at night and I just wanted to shower. I informed the lovely staff member at the desk who was really understanding , she proceeded to upgrade our rooms for the inconvenience which I was extremely grateful for. I felt awful complaining because we’ve had nothing but enjoyable stays here but it was dealt with extremely professionally and fast which I appreciate. Will be back in the future
