Room was lovely, noisy neibours but was ok after midnight, some staff on check in was a bit snotty then the receptionist that actually ended up checking us in was lovely. Breakfast was nice but was dirty cutlery they got us clean ones there was no Nutella in the big press tubs but the rest of the food you couldn’t fault, all in all it was a decent stay

Just got back from a 3 night stay with my young children. We had a fantastic stay staff were polite, hotel was bright and clean and smelled lovely. Breakfast was fantastic lots to choose from. Continental and cooked also catered for gluten etc. We didn't use the bar so can't review on that. Fantastic location right on the docks, we were there to watch couple of shows at m&s bank arena. It was literally out the door infront of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel we will definitely be returning in the future 😊

One thing I would say is. If you are going to tell you staff members off at breakfast. Don't do it in plain site for me to see. The poor staff member looked down after that. Another thing..... Boiled potatoes at breakfast. No.. Hash browns or none at all!
