This is an interesting hotel. It is a building with half apartments half hotel rooms. My room (and I think all rooms) had a full kitchen, making it a great place for a more extended stay. There is also a really nice co-working space on the second floor. I have two main gripes. First, when checking in, it appeared they only had one staff person working. He was great, but I had to wait a good 10 minutes or so for him at the reception desk. It would be nice if they had multiple people working so the desk would always have someone, or some sort of electronic bell to summon them if there is only one person rather than needing wait an indefinite time. Second small issue was the lack of blackout blinds or really any sort of blinds to block light. I’m a light sleeper, and found the light from the streetlight, even in the middle of the night to be enough to keep me up.

Coda on half
The place was in a great location and the building was very secure. The only downfall is the parking as they have no lot on site. They do have a sign in the rooms that mentions a parking pass but we were never given one nor were we ever informed of one. We saw the note about the parking pass the day we were checking out. Parking for our stay costs us almost $100. The other thing that we could not understand is that there are utensils to cook with and there is a cooktop and microwave but no oven, The staff was friendly.Overall, it was a nice stay.
