The room had wood pealing off the floor from the bathroom into the hall not safe at all. And the bed room with the TV beds was very hard. The walls had black marks in the bathroom and living room. And the down load for key pads did not work no ice machine that should have been communicated with the guest.

room was beautiful, clean and spacious , area was safe . walking distance from everything! loved the balcony ! only complaint - we got a noise complaint from the office about our music being “ too loud” , and very next day a bunch of children were running down the hallways yelling , crying and screaming at 7am and again at 4pm. very loudly . other than that loved our stay :)

No one was glad I arrived. I didn't use the Latch app because I couldn't find a password. I didn't want to email them my credit card # but was able to check in by phone. The touchpad in the first elevator didn't work and the person at the front desk was annoyed that I had a problem with it. My impression was that I am too old to fit in there. It's a nice room but the toilet wouldn't flush and the water barely came out of the bath sink faucet. It could also use a new mattress, so I was happy to check out after one night.
