Perfect hotel to stay on business. A few nooks to work from, spacious rooms to work in, a nice coffee bar with some lovely juices and snacks (the guys who work there are super nice too), perfect location to switch off and walk up and down the palm, good bars and restaurants, close to a mall , no reliance on cabs, on the beach, clean rooms and super positive and helpful staff through the hotel. I would like a hotel to offer the chance to have a late breakfast (fruot yogurts is fine) until maybe 1130/1200.

Very nice hotel. Staff extremely friendly and very prompt service. Whenever we requested something to the room, it arrived within minutes. Unfortunately lot of noise/music from the beach area, music from the other hotels / bar was very loud. During the stay, I also noticed very load music from in the reception area / breakfast area and the pool area. Why all the loud music, I come to enjoy my vacation, not to hear music. Breakfast was very stressful due to the loud music. Pool was very cold, not heated as in the other hotels where we stayed.

Noisy But Nice
I stayed here on a solo trip, beautiful hotel, staff and service was great. My flight was in at 8am, my room was not ready however I was able to use the showers on level 13 to freshen up. This was my second time to Dubai and this time I was running the Dubai half marathon, which I loved however there is a beach club beside this hotel which played music until 3am or later, I had asked for a beach view room which I regret now as I did not get much restful sleep the nights I stay or the night before my race which was frustrating. I did have loop ear plugs which could still hear the music :( I would stay again but ask for a different room facing away from the beach club. This seems like a great hotel for couples / friend groups who want to enjoy the night life and sleep the following days as it is peaceful until 7pm before the music starts up again. The highlight of my stay was one of the allocated taxi drivers - who gave me his number and took me where I needed to go and then waited at the destation for me - this me my feel very safe travelling solo.

Nice hotel but super noisy by night!
Extremely clean hotel and nice rooms - even a good gym with is rare. There are big beach clubs in front of the hotel that play techno music every day until late (at least 2am - sometimes longer). The sound insulation of the roos is very poor so definitely not recommended for light sleepers. The pool area is quite small and people reserve with towels the sun beads for whole day without showing up. The staff says that they remorve towels if people show up but this doesn't happen. So quests needs to do this. Be active yourself if the beds are empty more than 30mins without users.
