This is a great hotel. The staff was superb. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Four stars because we workout every morning and all the excercise machines were broken, only the two treadmills worked. However, i do want to emphsize that the staff was wonderful!

I rate it 4.5 stars. The hotel is very central to everything because it is located in the heart of downtown. Shopping stores everywhere and good restaurants as well. The room was in the first floor and it faced the plaza. The beds were comfortable. The toilet room had a nice shower with great water flow. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and when we return we will hopefully stay here again..
