To not have a working elevator for two days and not have a bell hop or assistance carrying luggage to the room was an embarrassment. Also the snow was not removed just replaced and there was no parking when we returned at night. Receptionists seemed clueless and unsympathetic. .The room was nice.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was ok, nothing spectacular but it was clean. Breakfast was hit or miss. Not a lot of selection and not enough for everyone who was there. Odd area of town, but we didn't feel unsafe. Tucked back behind a storage facility and next to a park. Rooms are small, but functional.
