Smell of a cleanser or freshner overpowering!
Beds were very comfortable and sheets and pillows great. We couldnt turn down the temp past 65, so it was too warm for sleeping. They didnt make up our room, saying we were supposed to request that..but never told us that when checking in.

Both fan in restroom is super loud & can’t shut off; although had a thermostat the temperature was hard to control - 2 temp adjust would make it too Hot or cold - at check out staff was on call sounded like with an associate not customer for sure - I stood for a good 3-4 min never acknowledged me so finally I interrupted because my Uber was waiting

Clean and convenient
Great stay outside of the downtown area. I was pleasently surprised of the hotel's convenient location and how quiet it was even with it being close to the airport. Hyatt Place Sacramento offers ample free parking and a friendly and efficient staff to welcome you. My hotel room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast that was included was quite good offering a variety of choices. I do recommend the Hyatt Place Sacramento.

Short stay in Sacramento
The room was a good size for 3 adults, with 2 queen-sized beds. It was well equipped, with an iron and ironing board and a small refrigerator. The room was not cleaned for a two days, and it was explained by the front desk that this has to be requested including if towels would be changed. Every 4 days a full room service would take place. One the last day of the stay, two small cockroaches were seen, one in the room and one in the bathroom. This was shared with the front desk when I checked out the following morning. The reception staff member apologised for this. Overall the beds were clean and very comfortable to sleep.

We were very Comfortable
Other than the fact that our room was not available until 5:00 pm, everything was great. We liked the overall vibe of the hotel & the location. Parking was a little limited, we went out for late night dessert and could not find a parking space when we returned. Other than that our room was comfy, clean & spacious. The view from the high up floor was worth the extra $$.
