Dare I say that it’s better than Bellagio? Well it is. It’s like a land base cruise ship. You technically never have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. My family and I enjoyed our stay and have zero complaints

Solid hotel, excellent service
Overall was a good stay. Our room had several issues (lights not working, bathtub missing parts so didn’t work at first, shower clogged, empty toiletries upon arrival, minor issue but key cards stopped working a few times) but when contacting the front desk to have someone fix the issues the service was excellent. The check-in/check-out was relatively quick. I liked the option to open our room within the app since sometimes the key card wouldn’t work and we’d have to get a replacement card. The bell desk was incredibly helpful, efficient and provided excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again, just hopefully we won’t have as many issues with the room as last time.

A good night’s stay
This place was incredible. It was luxurious without being stuffy and full of itself. The guests there were regular people like us, which was nice after staying at the Encore where we didn’t fit in. The front desk was so gracious letting us check in early, as we decided to stay in Vegas another night and try a new hotel. There is a food hub with fun places to eat, I had some ramen which really hit the spot. I took a dip in the heated pool, our bed was comfy, the view spectacular. We were able to walk to our show at Planet Hollywood. I really loved it and we will go back.

Disappointment on first stay.
Counted 3 splotches of blue stains on one bed. Although it wasn't a color to disgust me, didn't feel like a great value. Found a hair on lotion bottle and in shower. One sink was clogged and the handle was difficult to turn. Had to call in room service to fix both issues and then have housekeeping reclean the bathroom due to mess and smell. We skipped room service one day because really, do we need it daily? However, she gave me the silent treatment, stink eye, and stomped to work when I asked her to please vacuum the carpet that clearly had snack bits, dirt, etc that she ignored during her service. All this for a daily forced resort fee!?

Fees and inflated prices everywhere. Overcrowded, lines in all outlets, prices very high. Pool and hot closes early at 4:00. Pay extreme prices at every turn for reduced service and basic quality. Felt like a huge money grab with horrible value.

No King beds available
We booked 2 rooms with King beds and when we checked in at the Lobby literally right at 3 p.m. as soon as we were allowed to check in. We were told that they did not have any King beds available. Such bull for checking in right at that time. The hotel only offered us $75 for our inconvenience. It felt like a slap in the face! After demanding to talk with the manager they agreed to give us a $250 credit if we spent it at their hotel on dining and such. So much for reserving king beds and you’re told they don’t have any. The rooms were clean and still very nice but I reserved King beds!
