Only stayed two nights on separate occasions.
Whilst the Lillekula Hotel isn't in the main city area, it is just a short bus ride away or a longish walk. If you are at the Autobussijaam (bus station) it's the number 23 bus and you would need to get off at the Koidu stop.
The rooms were clean and tidy, the on suite was also clean and fairly new. Although I was staying on the top floor, the hotel staff furnished me with the 3 Wifi codes for the 3 floors to ensure I got a good signal.
It was also a very quiet hotel, even though there were quite a lot of people there. But if you are on a stag/hen night, you might want to look else where.
The breakfast which was included was good, normal continental ie boiled eggs, bread, sausages etc.
