The hotel is family-run by very fine people and the man in charge is locally recognized as a talented chef. The interior is modern, while preserving the traditional mountain culture of Central Europe -- stone pine is found throughout the building. Rooms are up-to-date, incredibly spacious, comfortable, and clean. Internet was fast and reliable. The shower had plenty of hot water and decent pressure. Breakfast was bountiful, including freshly-made vegetable juice on my second morning.
If I could recommend improvements, it would be nice if the sauna were available throughout the day and evening without interruption; and, at breakfast, fresh squeezed orange juice and yogurt in sealed glass would be appreciated. On the whole, an outstanding value for this under-rated property.
