It is a good and safe place to stay, the people at reception is really friendly and helpful 24/7. However the room condition is a bit old, we couldn’t open the windows and the TV was old and did not work well. Out of the the neighborhood is amazing, such good location close to a big Shopping and the awesome Av. paulista.

Good size room but very limited service. Everything has to be done online and staff are not really helpful. It is not a hotel really but an apartment. Location was good, right in front of a very good shopping centre and with subway options nearby.

Functional apartment with friendly staff
The apartment was in worse condition than the photos, mine had filler patches in the walls. It was also a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing. They say it isn’t a hotel but there was nowhere to throw out rubbish and they didn’t even provide any sponge or dustpan and brush to clean the apartment, so I’m not sure how you can keep it clean without access to this? The cutlery was also dirty when I arrived. Everything needs to be rented from the vending machines. The staff were really helpful which was one bonus of staying here and the location was good for access to Avenida Paulista and the metro. There is also a really great little shop/vending machine setup in the lobby with ready meals and snacks and drinks - it was so handy! There was also no safe/secure place in the apartment for valuables which I would have appreciated. On the whole the apartment did the job for what I needed, but I probably wouldn’t book here again as it felt a bit too bare bones for me.

Excelente localização e atendimento
Nossa experiência foi muito boa! A localização do Apê é excelente, nossa prioridade na escolha foi que a acomodação fosse próxima às estações de metrô e ela fica quase ao lado da Brigadeiro. Também tem perto vários restaurantes/padarias/cafés. As camas eram muito confortáveis, mas as mantas/cobertas tinham algumas “casquinhas” de sujeira. Pedi para trocar uma vez e a limpa que nos trouxeram estava na mesma condição. O chuveiro era muito bom e funcionava bem, o único ponto não muito bom foi a falta de circulação de ar, o exaustor do banheiro estava bem sujo, talvez por isso não estava cumprindo bem sua função, então a umidade ficava presa no quarto e banheiro. A acomodação também não oferece as panelas, na reserva que fizemos falava que na cozinha teria panela a disposição mas chegando lá descobrimos que tínhamos que alugar. Por estar localizado em uma avenida movimentada, a acomodação é bem barulhenta (carros e pessoas gritando), mas já estávamos cientes desse ponto. O atendimento de todos os colaboradores foi excelente, nos trataram muito bem e estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar, super educados! Apesar dos pontos negativos citados, voltaríamos mais vezes porque os pontos positivos se sobressaem.

Ένα οικονομικό κατάλυμα στο κέντρο της πόλησ
Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, σε ασφαλή γειτονιά κοντά σε καταστήματα,εμπορικό κέντρο και πολιτιστικούς χώρους. Η καθαριότητα είναι άψογη. Καλή είναι και η επικοινωνία με τους υπεύθυνους των διαμερισμάτων. Η μόνη μας ένσταση είναι η στενότητα του χώρου. Μόλις μετά βίας μπορούσες να κινηθείς μέσα στο διαμέρισμα των δύο ατόμων. Είχε μόνο μία καρέκλα για δύο άτομα και η κουζίνα δεν ήταν εξοπλισμένη. Επίσης το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε καθόλου παράθυρα.

Achei muito bom tudo! O quarto é bem pequeno, mas como foi apenas para uma noite foi tranquilo, banheiro é MUITO pequeno mas bem limpo, não tinha papel higiênico no quarto tivemos que descer na recepção buscar. O check in é nós mesmo que fazemos, para jovens é fácil e tranquilo de fazer, mas tinha um idoso que estava com muita dificuldade e vi que o atendimento com ele não estava sendo tão bom. Mas de resto é tranquilo, perto de muitas coisas e principalmente do metrô
