This hotel has a great location but it’s in need of a facelift. Rooms feel dated but they are clean. Have stayed here many times. Restaurant is great and so is the breakfast.

Live by an Elite

I had a very comfortable stay in their sister hotel in Hellsingburg few days ago so I was not disappointed at all in this hotel in Malmo. The gentleman at check in was humble and polite . And I had a free upgrade . The room is huge ! Bed very comfortable as expected . Breakfast spread was excellent . And thanks to Elite. I got to know about “overnight oats” …. hmmmmm interesting for an Asian like me . googled the receipt and will prepare when home The body lotion is very nice

Silverfiskar

Såg en silverfisk i badrummet direkt efter incheckning. Tog kål på den och orkade inte påpeka detta till personalen. På morgonen kom en till… Nämnde detta för personalen vid utcheckning och fick bara ett nonchalant ”Jaha, var det många? Vi får säga till städarna då.” Första och sista gången på detta hotell.

Selve opholdet var fint nok, men levede ikke op til forventningerne - Vi havde bestilt specifikt værelse og opgradering, men fik ikke det bestilte... Fik i stedet et rimelig slidt værelse med dårlig udsigt.

Städning dålig / obefintlig de första dagarna, rättades till efter klagomål. Rummet var ok men vette mot gatan. Sophämtning från kl 5 am störande och delvis långvarig. Skrivbordsstol i dåligt skick. Sängar o badrum utmärkt. Förklaring till dålig städning fullbokat Hotel inte acceptabel. Personal genomgående trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Trevligt hotell med fantastisk frukost och bra ser

Vi hade en väldigt trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Servicen var utmärkt och personalen var både hjälpsam och trevlig. Frukosten var verkligen jättebra, stort utbud och allt var fräscht. Rummen var rena, fräscha och fint inredda, vilket verkligen bidrog till en positiv helhetsupplevelse. Det enda vi vill anmärka på är bäddsoffan. Den var tyvärr väldigt obekväm, vilket gjorde att vårt barn fick sova i vår säng istället. Det drog ner betyget lite, men annars var allt toppen. Vi kan absolut tänka oss att bo här igen.
