Been here before and enjoyed our stay. Excellent value for money. Nice and central.

We booked though Expedia, but Expedia didn't send any details to us (either by email or text) to enable us to gain access into the property. We were on the street for 30 minutes, having to try to get some progress using Expedia's 'Automated Assistant' - but, ironically, this 'assistant' proved to be no assistance whatsoever, We were then fortunate in that two guests came out of Reception, so we were able to get into the building where we found Mansley's contact number. Their call handler was excellent and very efficiently sorted everything for us. The Receptionist the next day (Roy) was super-helpful/knowledgeable about the local area and helped us have a great stay; if we do go back, I think we'll book direct.

Windows are single panes, can hear everything happening outside. Barely slept because of a hard bed.
