What a lovely hotel, from the moment we went through the door until the time we left it was a great experience, the staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless and very spacious and had everything we needed. It's in a great location for what we needed and had all the amenities. Our receptionist Beverly ( sorry, didn’t catch her name. It could be Brenda)was first class. Cheerful, friendly and professional she was a good ambassador for the hotel. The hotel public area was spotless, as was the hotel room. It was pristine, no wear and tear at all. The room was comfortable and bright. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and food was constantly replenished. The site of the hotel made it easy to access different routes out of town. My only criticism would be having to use the Ringo app to pay the car park charges instead of using a card or wallet.
