Lovely place to stay
The hotel is new, clean and gorgeous. The rooms are lovely and quiet. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I ordered a bunch of room service foods which were well presented but just okay.

The property was great, rooms had great decor and cleanliness was top notch.
The room service was incredibly pathetic although. I had ordered something for in room dining and it took them more than an hour. I had to ultimately cancel the order.

We spent 4 nights here and found the food, and comfort of the room, excellent. But what set this hotel apart from others I have been to in India are the staff, from the management down who without exception go out of their way to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A special shout out to Kasturi for looking after us so well. Also the hotel offers Tuktuk tours of Mysore and surrounding area. The driver and guide Javed with his 22 years experience was excellent taking us round the well known, but even better, the less well known places in and around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mysore.
