Bathroom was dirty, bedroom was too small and uncomfortable. A bit unfair to the other guests cause sometimes they turn the heater off without consideration. The other guests are noisy stumped their feet walking around with their boots on, dog running around, dropping things on the wooden floor.

It wasn't clear from the website that it is a communal bathroom and kitchen, so it is just good to know that there will be other people sharing the bathroom and kitchen. The rooms are small but cute.

Honestly I didn't get the facility for what I have paid for. You get a washroom sized room in a baement for $130 with a common washroom and a common kitchen. The kitchen is good. Although they call it as a hotel, there is no attendee to receive you or give you the keys. As the locks are digital, they send instructions to your email. But there was a problem in my room lock, without keys I coudn't lock it. I have reported it to them, but she didn't show up. She just texted I can lock it from outside, but I couldn't. I used some trick to lock the room from outside.
It is an individual house, they convered this as a rental space, this is not a hotel.
Another thing, Expedia says your checkout time is 1PM, but they say the check out time is 10:30 AM. However, you can always argue that because it was them who listed the property details in expedia.
In shorts, the rental is super expensive in that area.
