The noise from the steet is really anoying. Too loud. Cars cross the Street all Day long. Despite the big room space and furniture looks good. I could not rest a second during night.

Great city accommodation
This place was perfect for exploring the city! The location was amazing, we could walk everywhere. The apartment itself was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was also really friendly and helpful with recommendations. Definitely would stay here again if I'm ever back in San José! 👍😊 Highly recommend this gem!

This property was very close to coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and museums. Overall the property was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. This is more like an apartment building than a hotel. Our room had five beds for our stay. We enjoyed the studio and the area. The manager was extremely helpful.

Very safe, secure and centrally located, walking distance to restaurants, museums, theaters, shopping, etc.. No visitors allowed was the only issue I had, so sure you understand this part.
Other than that, 24 hr security lets you in safely without any riff-rafts intruding

It’s a nasty disgusting place. I’ve stayed in bad spots and areas but I left within 5 minutes of checking in. I booked the Marriott across the street.
My door was kicked in at one point, half fixed. The door, the handle and frame were still destroyed. Dirty linens, cockroach’s on the walls. I hope I can add pictures cause this place was a night mare. SPEND A LITTLE MORE ANS DONT STAY HERE.

Cons: Extremely noisy. The room was a corner unit at the intersection of two busy streets and the windows were Louvre slatted windows that don't close tightly. It seemed like I was sleeping on the sidewalk.

A lot of early morning city noise. Be ready for it
Be warned, that is a very noisy place.
It's a clean, basic room, and the stay was comfortable. The room was clean, as I said,amenities were provided. All of that was fine. But the noise of the city really flows into the room, so be prepared for that in the very early mornings.
The reception guards, we're very helpful and very polite. The entrance doors are locked twenty four hours a day, you will always have to be let in.
After eleven pm the reception guard might not be in the front office. There is a buzzer to the right side of the doors. Look for the red arrow behind the bars.
I don't think that I would choose this place again.
Pay no attention to people who are negative about the area or the surroundings of the building. That is the entirety of San José, that is how the central part of the city is no matter where you're staying.

I would not stay at this property. The policy around guest visitors was not clearly specified on their online policies - it is strictly forbidden!! In addition, I was locked of the bldg because I returned to my room late. Beware that there is a curfew! Small little doorbell to let you in on the side of the steel gates and which was hard to see but again not stated anywhere so I guess you had to just figure it out. Again not clearly stated in Expedia property website or policies. Finally, I checked out after one terrible night (which I didn’t get to stay in my room!) but apartment owner or Expedia will not refund the remaining four nights even though I checked out after one night!!

Céntrico, solo hubo un problema con el desayuno solicitado no due el correcto para las 3 personas, aun espero el reembolso, total asi mismo me solicitaron no me comunicara al teléfono del que ellos se comunicaran al inicio, se me hizo muy descortés, pues es el número de contacto que utilizan en xpedia.

Muy buena ubicación, precio razonable. Mucho espacio. Necesita cortinas en la ventana del baño, deben poner un poco de shampoo, tienen que revisar los plafones, se levantan en las noches, entra un olor a desagüe a la habitación. Son sugerencias para ampliar las posibilidades de la propiedad.
